This plan is a common desire of the members of CEVOPI to ensure the consolidation and presentation of the activities of the center and to better take into account the social problems of the population.

It is desirable that the plan is supported by financial institutions, partners and donors for their happy outcome for the benefit of a sustainable social and economic development in an environment respectful of the immutable laws of ecological balance.
